Mr. Joseph Litofsky

Is one of the founders and President of Baltimore Alarm & Security. In June of 1959 he married Rose Speesler when she was 17 years old, Joe was 20. They have two children Steven and Ric.

Off hours finds Joe in front of the computer, he writes programs for his company on the computer using the FoxPro guide lines. He keeps up with the latest techniques in order to have the most up to date computer system.

Joe is an advocate of gadgets, he has many hobbies and interests some of these are:

 Cars  Bicycling Model Trains  Building Models of all kinds  Radio Control Airplanes  Boating  Electronics  Electronics for the handicapped

Rose Litofsky

Heads our customer relation's department. Her duties are to provide good will for our customers. This is the person behind the sceens that makes our company what it is today. Customers have nothing else to say about Rose except that she is a asset to Baltimore Alarm & Security.

Some of her interests include:

 Flea Marketing (Florida)  Talking on the telephone  Trips to Lancaster, Pa  Cutting out coupons  Reading  Cleaning

Jeff Cohen

Is Baltimore Alarm & Security's operation manager. Jeff joined Baltimore Alarm back in 1980 when he was just 16 years old. Jeff now oversees the entire operation.

Some of his interests include:

 Fishing  After hours involvement in our Central station  Skiing  Baseball  Boating  Billiards  Movies

Jean Cohen

Is our company Administer. Jean has been with Baltimore Alarm since 1987. She is responsible for accounts payable. We have put all her files on the computer, at first against her wishes. Now she is coming to Joe telling him she wants to know more about her programs. Jean now likes the computer, she says, "It's like a computer game and I like it".

Jean's hobbies are:

 Recording TV shows on her VCR  Bird Watching  Planting and growing plants  Walking the dog  Reading (magazines & Newspapers)  Smelling the roses

Josie Gewirtz

Josie is in charge of the front office. Her responsibilities are billing, scheduling service, keeping office records in order. She takes information from the customer for emergency information for our central station. Some of Josie's interests are:

 Reading books (fiction)  Movies  Walking with her husband  Spending Time with family & friends  Health Foods  Cats

Aileen Shaffer

Works in the front office Her responsibility is to work with Josie as a trouble shooter. She double checks all files, paperwork, including computer programs for proper data entry.

Some of Aileen's hobbies are.

 Reading  Shopping for fun  Travel  Gardening  Walking  Movies

Bob Warton

Is Baltimore Alarm's service man. Bob has been in the Alarm Servicing trade since 1977. We dispatch him from our front office over our two-way radios to customers needing service. Customers have called our company to say pleasant things about him. They liked the way he relates to them. Bob is a man of his word, when he gives a time to be at the customer premiss, he is there. You can set your watch by Bob's promptness. Bob may not admit it, but we know he is in the back ground after hours, making sure our customers get emergency service if needed.

Tom McCann

Tom came to us from Ireland. He is the father of three boys and one girl. Tom is Baltimore Alarm lead technician. He oversees all installation work in the customer's premiss. We have never had one complaint about Tom in all the years he has worked for our company. Tom's neatness has always impressed us and our customers. His off hours enjoyments are:

 Playing Soccer  Movies  Watching baseball  Walking with family  Playing Irish Music  Day trips with family

Rick Kolodney

Is one of our installation mechanics. He is responsible for installing new alarm systems. He has a good rapport with our customers and promotes goodwill relationships. Our customers know Rick as one who answers the phone and takes messages for them. If they have pets, he attends to their needs as he is working. He is courteous from the time he starts the job, until the time he finished the installation. He can explain the system in a language that the customer can understand. Some of Rick's interests are:

 Mountain Biking  Washing & Waxing his car  Movies  Skiing (water or snow)  Driving in the country  Learning new things

Alex Rogozin

Alex comes from Bobruisk Belarus, Russia. When Alex started working he did not speak any English. Alex has been with us for many years. We are proud to say Alex speaks over five different languages and of course one of them is English. Alex is a hard worker, if a task seems impossible Alex will find a way of getting it done. We count on Alex for all of our Access controls and his ability to install the special electronic locks in doors. Alex's knowledge of electronics and trouble shooting our burglar and fire alarm systems makes him a very valable employee. You can always count on Alex for any personal favors. Some of Alex's interests after work are:

Jackie Staylor

Jackie is married to her long time husband Kenny Staylor and has three children - Timmy, Kenny, and Russell. Jackie is our office manager with over 20 years of accounting experience.  Since 1996 Jackie has worked with us to to handle our accounts receivable/payable and the scheduling timely service for our customers. In her free time Jackie enjoys:

 Bike riding  Roller bladding  Motorcycling  Fishing and Crabbing  Boating

Rick Flowers

Rick has been in the alarm industry since the early 1980's. He joined Baltimore Alarm in 1998, and brings the benefit of his many years of experience to our organization. He is our all-around technician for both service and installations, and is a favorite among our customers. His knowledge of the closed circuit camera field ranks among the best, and he stays current with the latest technologies for surveillance cameras and live online monitoring of customer's premises. His troubleshooting skills help us maintain our high level of customer service. When not at work, Rick enjoys watching his son play basketball and stargazing with his daughter.

Rick's hobbies include:  Hiking  Dining out with his wife  Movies  Sporting events

Ronnie Jacobs

Ronnie is one of our newer employees, having joined Baltimore Alarm in 1999. He has learned a great deal about the alarm business in that time, and is well on his way to becoming an outstanding technician. He is very personable, and our customers enjoy his pleasant personality as well as the consistent high quality of his work. His responsibilities include all of the hard work involved in keeping our fleet of trucks clean, properly maintained, and stocked with all of the supplies needed to provide excellent service to our customers. He enjoys attending trade shows, and helps us to stay on top of the latest products in the security business.
